James Campbell proudly served in the United States Army for thirty years. Upon retirement, he moved back to his home state of South Carolina to delve into the field of real estate, where his strong work ethic and military precision earned him a successful second career as a real estate agent. He was a top producer in Greater Columbia for over five years before deciding to transition into property management.

James boldly opened the doors to Real Property Management Midlands in 2012 during the Great Recession. His son, Daryl Campbell, joined him that same year, and both worked tirelessly to ensure the venture was successful!

James Campbell has since entered his second retirement, entrusting the company to his son. Under Daryl’s hands-on leadership, Real Property Management Midlands remains committed to protecting the interests of its property owner clients while providing prompt and courteous service to its tenants.
